Hotel Des Alpes Lucerne

I had a quite comfortable stay in a long time. Efficient accommodation, the breakfast was above average, perfect location very near to the main train station. The breakfast was included, I loved it.

The place is charming and clean, everything is great, it should have higher than 3 star rating.

Queen room was welcoming and unique. Fast check-in and perfect service.

The location was difficult to find, it's a pitty.

The staff was best, the accommodation was stunningly beautiful and clean. Lots of food at the breakfast, I loved slices of fresh bread, cereal and pastries. Its location was central, a short walk to a historic Gothic church.

the pool was good and the staff was cool. breakfast was gorgeous - lots of food and savoury drinks. trendy area, remote location. it was great to have free coffee in the reception. i loved my best stay here.

Breakfast was SAVOURY, the bed was extremely comfy, the staff was always available. Top location, walking distance to old town lucerne. Plus, it was very close to the train station and the rooms were impeccable and immaculate. Quick check-in, fast check-out.

It was an outstanding stay, liked it. Staff was appalling and food was good. Plus, a covered wooden footbridge was close by. Very efficient service everywhere too.

Amazing location with views of river, helpful staff. Comforts of king room were fabulous - central heating, an individual safe and a writing desk. Moreover, we could park our car nearby. Thoroughly enjoyed their on-site restaurant Des Alpes, it was good.

We enjoyed our real good stay here. Exceptional location, pleasant enough staff, beds were comfy. Also, it was walking distance to a covered wooden footbridge. Unbeatable hotel, had a really outstanding service...

The location was great, with Li Tai Pe nearby. Nothing beats being in des alpes. Interesting place for a trip in Lucerne! Even the Kloten airport was not so far.

There was a train station close by. The hotel itself was in shopping neighborhood❤
